Raindrops and roses and little old ladies

Today while I was walking home from work I exerienced a perfect moment.

I was walking past the City Arts Center with a late and out of nowhere it started to rain! Not a sprinkle but a downpour. There was an elderly woman across the street crouched under a tree pruning her rose bushes. As the rain fell she seemed completely oblivious to her dampening stockings and the growing puddles around her bent knees. As I passed she looked over,smiled and waved, then continuing on with the pruning. After a few short moments the clouds cleared and the rain ceased. It felt like a moment in a Disney movie when the evil has been defeated and the monarchy restored. The clouds clear and all live happily ever after.
I just thought it was neat.
